The registration fee includes participation in the conference, coffees, lunches, social events, city/airport tour, Gala Dinner and documentation material. All bookings are considered binding on receipt of the booking form. Delegates are responsible for the arrangement and payment of their own travel and accommodation.

Accepted methods of payment are: bank transfer, credit card (Mastercard, VISA, Eurocard, American Express or Diners Club) or alternatively cheque.
Cancellations
Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time. Cancellations must be received by mail, fax or e-mail two weeks before the conference i.e. by May 25th and receive a refund less a 10% service charge. Should you cancel between this date and June 1st then you will receive a refund less a 50% service charge. You will be liable for the full conference fee after this date.
