Ruslan International was launched in July 2006 by two airlines Volga-Dnepr and Antonov. This project is being undertaken after the successful implementation by Volga-Dnepr and Antonov Airlines in February of 2006 of Ruslan Salis, a joint project that provides apparent customer advantages by allowing, among other things, for a quick required fleet build up at peak crisis periods, while saving the budget at periods of low activity.
